AgencyAnalytics alternative: keep the platform, or hand the reporting work to a team
If you want an AgencyAnalytics alternative, first decide if you want a different tool or a different way of working. Pick AgencyAnalytics if your team has time to build, check and write client reports in a strong self-serve platform. Pick a managed service like reportfor.agency if you want a team of data engineers and analysts to run that work for you, with or without AgencyAnalytics in place.
Most "AgencyAnalytics alternatives" lists compare one software platform with another. That helps if the problem is the software. But often the problem is not the software. The problem is that someone on your team still spends hours each month keeping the numbers correct and turning them into an update a client will read. This page looks at that second problem.
Three paths, side by side
Keep AgencyAnalytics, add a team
Our home page FAQ says it plainly: if you already use AgencyAnalytics, good. We can work with it. A tool shows the data, but someone on your team still has to keep it correct, find the story and write the update. We take over that work.
Replace it with a managed service
We build and run a live white-label dashboard in Google Data Studio, a written report every Monday and a 1-page monthly review for each client. Your account manager approves and sends.
Stay on AgencyAnalytics alone
This is a good choice when your team already has a reporting routine that works and the platform cost is the main thing you track. Nothing on this page says you must change.
What AgencyAnalytics does well
AgencyAnalytics is built for agencies. Its features page lists more than 85 integrations, automated reports, client portals, white-label branding, rank tracking, an AI Tracker for AI search visibility, goals and budget tracking, alerts, anomaly detection, forecasting and roll-up reports across clients. It also has AgencyAI for analysis and a Tasks feature for agency work.
The pricing page (checked 6 Oct 2026) is simple: one plan, called Core, at $20 USD per client per month, billed annually. The page says you save 20% with annual billing. We did not find the exact month-to-month rate on that page. Core includes unlimited data sources, unlimited reports and dashboards, unlimited staff accounts and a white-labeled client portal. There is a free 14-day trial with no credit card, a 30-day money-back guarantee, and volume pricing for agencies with 25+ clients. AI Tracker (from $20.83/month per 250 credits, billed annually) and Rank Tracker (from $41.67/month per 500 keywords, billed annually) are add-ons.
That is a lot of product for the price. If you have people with time to use it, it is hard to beat on cost per client.
How much does AgencyAnalytics cost?
On its public pricing page (checked 9 Oct 2026), AgencyAnalytics lists one plan, Core, at $20 USD per client per month, billed annually. The page says you save 20% with annual billing and does not show a monthly-billed rate. It offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card, a 30-day money-back guarantee and volume pricing for agencies with 25+ clients (no figures shown). AI Tracker ($20.83 per month per 250 credits) and Rank Tracker ($41.67 per month per 500 keywords) are add-ons, billed annually.
Are AgencyAnalytics reviews good?
We do not copy review scores here, because scores and counts change. You can read current reviews from verified users on G2 and Capterra. Look for agencies with a client count like yours, and for comments about connections, the time it takes to build reports and support. Those are the points where any tool depends on your team's time.
The work a platform leaves on your desk
A platform gives you the tools. It does not give you the hours. Even with templates, alerts and AI summaries, a person on your team usually still has to:
- Connect each new client and fix connections when a login or account changes.
- Check that the totals in the report match what Google Ads, Meta and GA4 show.
- Decide what changed this week and why it changed.
- Write the update in words the client understands, with next actions.
- Watch for slow declines that do not trigger a single-day alert.
This is the work reportfor.agency takes over. Our model is simple: code calculates every number, AI drafts the words (never the numbers), an analyst checks every report, and your account manager approves and sends. We never contact your clients.

When AgencyAnalytics is the better choice
- You have an account manager or analyst with spare hours who likes building reports.
- You want rank tracking, a client portal and reporting in one login.
- Cost per client is your main limit. At $20 per client, the software is much cheaper than a managed service.
- You have fewer than 5 clients. Our minimum is 5 clients.
- You want to try first with no cost. AgencyAnalytics has a 14-day free trial with no credit card.
When a managed service is the better choice
A managed service makes sense when the bottleneck is people, not software. Signs of this:
- Reports go out late because the person who writes them is also running campaigns.
- A client found a wrong number before your team did.
- You pay for a platform but your team still builds, checks and writes every report by hand.
- You want a data team for your client reporting, without the hire. A data engineer plus an analyst cost about $190,000 a year in US base pay (BLS May 2024 medians).
- You want your data stored in your own Google account, not only inside a vendor platform.
With us, agency time is usually under 1 hour per client per month, for review only. That is a benefit we aim for, not a guarantee. See how this works for outsourced client reporting.
Cost example: 20 clients
AgencyAnalytics Core
$400 /month20 clients × $20 per client per month, billed annually, as listed on 6 Oct 2026 (pricing page). Add-ons such as Rank Tracker cost extra. Your team still builds the reports, checks the numbers and writes each update. That time is not in the price.
reportfor.agency
$1,980 /month20 clients × $99 per client per month, plus $997 one-time setup per agency. Each client includes up to 4 ad platforms, with GA4 and Search Console at no extra cost. Our team does the build, checks and draft; your account manager reviews and sends. Full details on pricing.
The software alone is cheaper. The real question is what the hours of your team cost each month. If those hours are free, keep the platform. If they would earn more on client work, compare the $1,580 difference with that time.
Using AgencyAnalytics and reportfor.agency together, or switching
You do not have to choose on day one. Two common paths:
- Run both for a while. Keep AgencyAnalytics for the parts your team or clients like. We take over the work of keeping numbers correct, finding the story and writing the Monday update.
- Start with a pilot. Try 1 client for $199 setup plus $99 for the first month. If you continue, the $199 is credited to the setup fee.
- Move the rest when you are ready. Onboarding is day 1–2 connect, day 3–7 first report, day 8–12 brand and tune, day 14 go live. We go live in 14 days for up to 20 clients.
- Keep what we build. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice, with no minimum term after setup. You keep the data, dashboards and documentation.

Look for agencies with a client count like yours, and for comments about connections, the time it takes to build reports and support. Those are the points where any tool depends on your team's time.
Is reportfor.agency a software platform like AgencyAnalytics?
No. We are a fully managed client reporting service. A team of data engineers and marketing analysts builds and runs your reporting. We use connectors such as Supermetrics, Windsor.ai and Coupler.io to move data into BigQuery or Google Sheets, and we build dashboards in Google Data Studio.
Can we keep AgencyAnalytics and still use you?
Yes. Our view is that a tool shows the data, but someone on your team still has to keep it correct, find the story and write the update. We take over that work. Talk to us on a 30-minute call about your setup.
Why does a managed service cost more per client?
AgencyAnalytics charges for software. We charge for software plus the people who run it: setup, daily checks, a written weekly report, a monthly review PDF and Slack alerts. Compare our price with the team time the platform still needs, not only with the license.
Do you change our campaigns?
No. We use read-only access. We cannot change campaigns, budgets or settings. We sign an NDA and a DPA before access.
How fast is the first report?
The first report comes within 7 days of read-only access, or we give the setup fee back.
What if a number is wrong?
If your client finds a number that does not match the source platform for a finished day, before we flag it, that client's month is free. Recent "provisional" days are excluded.
