reportfor.agency is a done-for-you white label reporting service. Our data engineers and analysts build and run your clients' dashboards and reports under your agency's brand, and check every number against the ad platforms. Your clients see your logo, not ours. You pay $99 per client per month, and your first report arrives within 7 days of access.
What each client gets, in your brand
Live dashboard
A dashboard with your logo and colors: a web page, Data Studio or the tool that fits the client. It updates every day, and we check its numbers every day. See a sample dashboard (fictional clients).
Weekly report
A short written update every Monday: key results, the reasons behind them and the next actions. Your account manager sends it.
Monthly review
A 1-page PDF for the client meeting: results against goals, what worked, what did not, and the plan.
Daily Slack alerts
A message to your team when spend, cost per conversion or conversions move more than 20%.
Data quality checks
If a connection breaks or a total does not match the platform, we fix it before your client sees it.
At-risk client flags
A warning when a client's results fall for several weeks, so your account manager can call first.
White label reporting software vs a white label reporting service
Most "white label reporting" results are software. Software puts your logo on a dashboard. Someone on your team still has to connect the data, check it and write the story. A service does that work.
| Your team does it by hand | White label software (AgencyAnalytics, DashThis, Whatagraph) | reportfor.agency (managed service) | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who builds the reports | Your marketers, between campaigns | Your marketers, with templates | Our engineers and analysts |
| Who checks every number | Nobody, until the client asks | Your team, if they have time | Our team, every day |
| Who writes the commentary | Your account managers | Your account managers, or a generic AI summary | AI drafts it in your tone. An analyst checks it |
| Your team's time per client | Hours every month | Time to check data and write | Under 1 hour a month, review only |
| Your brand | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Cost | Hidden in salaries | Tool fee plus your team's time | $99 per client a month |
What is white label reporting?
White label reporting means the dashboards and reports your clients see carry your agency's name, logo and colors, not the name of the tool or team behind them. With reportfor.agency, our data engineers and analysts build and check the reports, and your account manager sends them as your own.
What is client reporting software, and do you need a service instead?
Client reporting software gives you templates, connectors and branded dashboards, but your team still connects the data, checks the numbers and writes the commentary. You need a service if your team does not have the hours for that work. A service does it, and your team only reviews and sends.
Is an agency dashboard enough for client reporting?
A dashboard shows numbers. It does not check them, explain them or tell the client what to do next. With us, each client gets a live dashboard plus a written report every Monday and a 1-page monthly review. To build the written part yourself, start from our marketing report template or the SEO client report template.
Who checks the numbers in a white label report?
Code calculates every number and compares it with the ad platforms. An analyst checks every report, and your account manager approves it before your client sees it. If your client finds a wrong number before we flag it, that client's month is free.
How it works
- Day 1–2: Connect. You give read-only access. Our engineers connect GA4, your ad platforms, Search Console and your CRM for each client.
- Day 3–7: First report. We deliver your first full client report, checked by an analyst, for your review. If it is not with you within 7 days of access, you get your setup fee back.
- Day 8–12: Brand and tune. Your logo, your KPIs and your tone of voice on every client. Slack alerts are set up.
- Day 14: Go live. Dashboards are live for every client. Weekly reports arrive every Monday.
Live dashboards update and are checked every day. You approve every report before it goes to your client. Your data stays in a Google Sheet or BigQuery project that you own. We use read-only access and sign your NDA and DPA before we start. Who runs the service.

Questions about white label reporting
Will my clients know that you do the reporting?
No. Dashboards use your logo and colors and live in your own Google account. Your account managers send the weekly reports and monthly reviews. The reportfor.agency name does not appear anywhere your client can see.
What is the difference between white label reporting software and a white label reporting service?
Software such as AgencyAnalytics, DashThis or Whatagraph gives you branded dashboards, but your team still connects the data, checks the numbers and writes the commentary. A service does that work for you. Our data engineers and analysts build and check every report, and your team only reviews and sends it.
Can you work with the dashboard tool we already use?
Yes. If you already use Data Studio (Looker Studio) or a tool like AgencyAnalytics, we can work with it. We take over the work around the tool: keeping the data correct, finding what changed and writing the update.
Which platforms do you report on?
Each client includes up to 4 ad platforms, for example Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok. GA4 and Search Console are included at no extra cost. Your CRM counts as 1 of the 4, so reports can show real leads and cost per lead, not only clicks.
How long does it take to start?
Your first full client report arrives within 7 days of access, or you get your setup fee back. All clients are live within 14 days for up to 20 clients.
How much does a white label reporting service cost?
Our price is $99 per client per month plus a one-time $997 setup per agency, with a minimum of 5 clients. You can start with a pilot on one client for $199 setup plus $99 for the first month.
Does AI write the reports?
AI drafts the words. It never calculates a number. Code calculates every number and checks it against the ad platforms. An analyst checks each draft, and your account manager approves it before your client sees it.
What happens when we lose or add a client?
You add or remove clients each month, and your price follows your client count. There is no minimum term after setup, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
What if my client finds a wrong number?
If your client finds a wrong number before we flag it, that client's month is free. Wrong means the number does not match the source platform for a finished day. Provisional days do not count. Code calculates every number, and an analyst checks every report before you send it.
