Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 September 2026
These terms cover your use of the reportfor.agency website and the free demo. Paid services are covered by a separate written agreement (see section 6).
1. Who we are
reportfor.agency is run by Zuhaib Asad. Contact: info@reportfor.agency.
2. The free demo
The demo reads a campaign CSV in your browser and writes a sample report using fixed rules. It does not use AI, and it does not upload your data. The output is for illustration. Check every number against your source data before you send anything to a client.
3. Use of the site
- Use the site only for lawful business purposes.
- Do not attack the site, scrape it at scale, or submit false or third-party details in the forms.
- Only load data in the demo that you have the right to use.
4. No guarantee of results
The site and the demo are provided "as is". Numbers on this site, such as savings examples and the example report, are illustrations based on stated assumptions. They are not a promise of your results. Market statistics come from the sources named next to them.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its text, design and the demo code belong to reportfor.agency. You may use the demo output for your own agency and clients. You may not copy or resell the site or demo.
6. Paid services
Pilots, setup and monthly plans are sold under a written agreement or order form. That document sets out the scope, fees, guarantees, confidentiality and data protection terms (including an NDA and a DPA). If it conflicts with this page, the written agreement wins. The guarantees shown on the home page apply only as written in that agreement.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses from using the free site or demo. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept it.
